R 3 Northwest Frontier Province Civil Servants Act (XVIII of 1973), Section 5 North West Frontier Province Public Service Commission Ordinance (XI of 1978), Section 7 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 18 Legislative Methods, Appointment Procedures And the procedure was being followed in the service of the North West Frontier Province Public Service Commission in the province, which was given in the instructions, standing orders and regulations prior to the declaration of the 1973 Constitution. These lists, which were previously proposed but were not actually selected, can therefore be recommended for subsequent positions, contradicting Article 18 of the Constitution, Civil of the Northwest Frontier Province.
