Section 25 / D of the Conventional Code (XLV of 1860), Section 506 of the Special Courts of the Terrorist Activities Pressure (Special Courts) Act (XV of 1975), Section 4 and the Scheduled Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 of the Telegraph Act Section 25, 1885, was added to the 1975 Schedule for Suppression of Terrorist Activities (Special Courts), but not Section 25 / D of the Telegraph Act, which gives rise to separate crime-giving penalties and Thus it cannot be said that the section 256 of the said Act, PPC, was not to be held by the special court for the trial of the accused. The Constitutional Petition was accepted and the accused was ordered to be tried by a common court in accordance with the law.
