AYOUB MUHAMMAD KHAN versus SHAMA KHALID
The Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 Section 16 (1) (2) was charged with defaulting on the rent payment from January 1986, but the rent was paid against the tenant in payment of rent and arrears. The request to collect costs was dismissed. Upon filing an application for rent arrears and future monthly rent submission by the landlord filed against him in May 1989, the tenant complied with the request for future rent in compliance with the rental order approved by the Rent Controller. Submitted, but did not submit rent arrears accordingly. The tenant hack had already paid the rent through the receipt of the rent, which was based on the receipt made by the tenant in proof of payment of rent arrears without the landlord signing the rent controller. Prevents the tenant's defense from submitting outstanding arrears in compliance with the temporary rental order. While the tenant used to make photostat copies of the landlord's receipts, the landlord's lawyer simply denied that the receipts had not been issued by the landlord. The landlord's rd or signature was fake; it was not enough to completely disregard the receipts without providing the tenant with an opportunity to defend them; the order to stop the tenant's defense was vague and uncertain because the tenant controller was on it. Did not consider if the tenant was in arrears. In January 1986, a default lawsuit was filed by the landlord in May 1989 by the landlord who would otherwise have paid proof of rent payment.
