The Pakistan Penal Code Section 409 Criminal Procedure Code (v. 1898), Section 555 Pakistan Criminal Law Amendment Act (XL Of 1958), termination of section 6 (5), all evidence of the prosecution have been recorded in which the complainant filed his case. The stage refused to examine the evidence to find out if there was a lawsuit against the accused, and, if he so desired, could present defense evidence to the corporate virtual authority that already had litigation against the accused. The move has been made for approval and there are no reports of it. If the court has received or refuses to give it within 60 days of receipt of the letter from the appropriate government, it will be deemed to have been approved under section 6 (5) of the Pakistan Criminal Law Amendment Act 1958.
