MUHAMMAD SHARIF versus MUHAMMAD SAFDAR
The Punjab Pre-Emission Act, 1913, Section 21A Registration Act (XVI of 1908), Section 47, claims the ownership of property in the property on the basis of a sale agreement on behalf of the entity who claims the equality of pre-emption.
