Article 5 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act 1964 and Schedule Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 abolished marriage because of the constitutional jurisdiction alleging the exercise of the wife seeking to dissolve the marriage on the basis of khula. That she was cruel to her husband and that he hated her, to convince the wife of the court's judicial conscience to think that an incident was reported by her husband. The parties could not have gone to such an extent that a co-ordinated union of God was not possible. Except that it was not possible for him to be with his wife, it was decided under the courts that there was no circumstance in justifying the dissolution of the marriage due to Khulla, the evidence was wrong. Don't advertise or suffer in any way. Cannot interfere with the High Court's constitutional jurisdiction, illegal or unlawful
