Cancellation in favor of the original allotment of land allotments section 10 and 11 of the Homeless (Land Settlement) Act 1958 was canceled on the ground that it remanded the case against the cancellation of the allotment by filing a constitutional petition with the seller of such land. Was obtained to consider the origin of the allotment, but the Authority upheld the cancellation order without proper scrutiny of the allotted KRL II and complied with the Authority's first remand order in a diligent manner. I failed, the order to maintain the cancellation of the allotment was set aside and that was the case. After hearing the parties again, the notified officer was remanded to make a decision in accordance with the law.
