Section 302 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) was banned from appeal for appeal against a breach of appeal for four days and no good place was offered for the delay. Due to the reasons, the High Court was based on proper scrutiny of the evidence on record to separate the convicts under Section 302, PPC and applied by the Supreme Court in connection with the circumstances and the evidence and additional judicial confession. The leave of appeal on the principles laid down was denied.
