STATE BANK OF PAKISTAN versus INAMULLAH MEMON
Ordinance of Banking Companies 1962 Section 83 (1b) of the accused firm was temporarily found by the State Bank while conducting illegal banking business and against it under section 38 (1b) of the Ordinance of Banking Companies 1962. The complaint filed was processed. The said ordinance is in violation of the provisions of Article 27A of the accused, who was one of the partners of the firm who voluntarily pleaded guilty and accordingly was found guilty, was regularly present in court. It was happening and he pleaded guilty and thus he has the right to be charged. Until the height of the court, he was sentenced to imprisonment and a fine of Rs 6,000 in the circumstances
