DILDAR AHMED KHAN versus IFFAT NASREEN
Section 2 (ii) (viii) (d) of the dissolution of the Muslim Marriages Act, 1939, was opposed by the husband of the suit for the dissolution of the marriage only because it was established by the father of the wife who was to be his lawyer. Had intended, but her right to counsel did not authorize her to file a case, it was not the husband's case that the father did not file a lawsuit without his consent or his will. The authority of the attorney in favor of the father shows that the father has the power to take all action, including filing a lawsuit. His order of dissolution of marriage was passed on behalf of the wife, according to the record evidence, emphasized by the husband.
