Guaranteed payable or arrears to maintain claims for payment of arrears for public servants under the jurisdiction of Section 16, Punjab Service Tribunals Act (IX of 1974), Section 4 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 212. Section 16 is under the Punjab Civil Servants Act. In terms of the terms and conditions of service under the Service Tribunals Act, 1974, the relief provided in such matters is satisfied with such requirement; the jurisdiction of the Civil Court under Article 212 of the Constitution is fully satisfied.
