The authority should be instructed to ease the ban on the appointment of the applicant to the extent possible and that his salary will be issued, the applicant was already appointed, he has been appointed by the High Court order. Could not expand the scope to be considered. This case has been referred to the private respondents in the petition if the applicant can raise questions regarding the alleged failure of the authorities to pay his salary, if advised by the respective constituencies.
