The Punjab Pre-Emission Act, 1913, section 8 (2), the colonies of public lands (Punjab) Act (v. 1912); , Whether Permanent Notification No. 491 dated 188 1893, issued under section 3, Government Tenants (Punjab) Act, 1893, was applied to the Chak in which the land was located, thus, a power of section 4. Under the Government Land Colonization (Punjab) Act, 1912, it was automatically granted underground application; S the colonial government, the Punjab Act in the acquisition of proprietary rights, the 1912 application was not deleted. The waiver notification issued under section 8 (2) under Notification No. 196B, dated 28 2 1944, is exempt from the sale of the land under the Punjab Permission Act, 1913, thus, under the Punjab Pre-Impression Act, 1913.
