Legally qualified to move the case from the Sessions Court to the Special Court for Speedy Trial, and the crime was deemed fierce, brutal and sensational, the use of force open to an exception. Was not in the debate that the accused had behaved unfairly. There was no substance in moving his case from the general court to the special court. The constitutional application was dismissed accordingly.
