Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Sections 22 (10) and (9) for Collective Bargaining Agent (CBA) belt apply for the determination of collective bargaining accessories for a period of two years only. The registered trade union has been certified as a collective. Under Section 22 (9), the bargaining agent, Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, where, however, a collective bargaining agent was declared without competition, a two-year ban was not applicable.
