Rule Civil Code 1908 Section 115 Amendment Jurisdiction, exercising the misinterpretation of evidence by the courts below, may be grounds for interference in review, as the two courts below considered the whole evidence as evidence. The material part was not misread or omitted. Misinterpretation of evidence by the courts under consideration cannot be made an opportunity to interfere with the High Court's amending jurisdiction, especially when sufficient justice was done.
