PAKISTAN RAILWAYS versus LABOUR APPELLATE TRIBUNAL
Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 36 (3A) Payment of the Payment Act (IV of 1936), sections 15 and 17, were approved by the Authority for the application for advance increment under the privileged scheme by the employees. Which was filed by employers against the authority order. Labor Court employees accepted, the Appellate Court's Appellate Order challenged before the Appellate Tribunal, which accepted the same amendment filed before the Tribunal. The employees, under section 15, were able to appeal against the order of the Salary Payment Act, 1936 and under the Labor Act under section 17 of the Act, but there is no provision in the Act for this amendment, Labor. The Court was a personal model and in this capacity it did not work under the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969 and was not subject to the Appellate Tribunal Appellate Tribunal, in the circumstances, against the Labor Court's decree passed in this capacity by the Labor Court. Could not grant, which the appellate tribunal order was approved in the amendment, it was to be without jurisdiction
