Article 4 ((())) Accepting litigation In the early stages of litigation, government employees and respondents have been instructed to transfer orders and authority to the High Court to direct the applicants and defendants to their homes. Transfer to nearby locations, resulting in the transfer of public servants from their original locations before their previous constitutional petition was filed. Respondents filed a constitutional petition against such transfer. After which the High Court, on the basis of its previous order, directed the authorities to give public servants Appoint near their homes, though the Constitution cannot request. The jurisdiction of the High Court in the matter of service, however, the High Court passed the orders passed by the High Court, keeping both parties on parity basis. Had gone and there was no injustice done to any of them, the department was given the authority to make the necessary orders. The leave to appeal to their homes near the transfer of public servants was denied in the circumstances.
