Land Acquisition Act 1894 Section 54 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) The acquisition court amended the collector's award, and the petitioners filed an appeal against the order of the acquittal court which the High Court rejected. The applicant's count request was banned. The period of limitation, which will begin to run not with the original order of appeal but with the subsequent consent order under which legal compensation was given at the rate of fifteen per cent, has been of no benefit to the subsequent consent order. This limitation will not be prevented because no appeal can be filed by the applicants against the voluntary order, so no exception can be made to the decision of the High Court that the decision / order of the court on the appeal. The name was banned but appeals were denied in the circumstances
