West Pakistan Employees Social Security Ordinance 1965 Sections 2 (25) (30), 20 and 64 Contribution Amount Paying Notice to Employers Through Social Security Institution Pay (i) Temporary Wages (ii) Building Repair ? (iii) Earned holiday cash; (iv) Production rewards; and (v) Contract labor was challenged by employers by filing an appeal before the Social Security Court court, deciding that employers of Nos ii & iv other than items. (I); (iii) and (v) the parties agreed that the following court correctly answered the question regarding repairs (Item II) and contractual wages (item V). But the parties also agreed that the court first needed to determine if the persons employed by the contractor were safe persons. In terms of section 2 (25) (30) of the Ordinance, but it was not determined by a court judicial decision, in case the case number (i) was affirmed. (iii) and (iv), the issue of permitting an appeal in the case of items (ii) and (v) (building repairs and contractor wages) was obtained after hearing by the parties and a decision to be decided in accordance with the law.
