The Civil Procedure Code Order XLVII, O XLVII, Rr l & 5 Division Bench of the CPC Review Section 114 hearing the constitutional petition for review and decision was made by the Division Bench of the High Court, consisting of two judges One of the parties was included in the Supreme Court.
