QUTAB-UD-DIN versus FARZAND ALI
The sale of possession rights in the Punjab Pre-Ammunition Act 1913, Section 15 of the Punjab Tenancy Act (XVI of 1818), Section 114 [Punjab Tenancy (Amendment) Act (VII Of 1952)] Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3).
