The sale of possession rights in the Punjab Pre-Ammunition Act 1913, Section 15 of the Punjab Tenancy Act (XVI of 1818), Section 114 [Punjab Tenancy (Amendment) Act (VII Of 1952)] Constitution Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3). It was ascertained whether the High Court was legally justified in deciding the amendment on the basis of the amendment of the law which did not appear before the courts and in the law that included section 114 of the Punjab Tenancy Act 1887 None of the applicants had a chance at the amendment
