No other effective material was available to connect to, except that the defendant's record on the aforementioned statement of the complainant surrendered before the complainant. He denied the crime, the accused in the absence of any direct evidence against suspects, accused persons may not be granted bail because of alleged extra-judicial confession because the facts of the case called for further inquiry
