Section 42 The property was jointly transferred to five persons for the purpose of questioning. Each transfer was, thus, an equal share in such property. One of the persons in possession of such property was allowed to continue to occupy part of the question. Such property was equally enforced as the defendants, expressly forbidding the trial of the declaration under s, 42, the Special Relief Act, 1877, for the other co-owners to be entitled to their rights and the defendants.
