Informing the Disappearances of Land Disposal (Land Settlement) Act 1958, a petition was filed against the allotment of land in the disputed jurisdiction and they were issued notice to appear before the Border Area Committee Allottee. Which again challenged the area committee's jurisdiction to reopen. The case that was entertained by filing an application in this regard was once entertained as the jurisdiction of the authority granted the allottee's request and it was settled for arguments, the jurisdiction challenging the applicants / allottee's request. The merit could not be prosecuted without the decision of the first objection. The first decision will be made according to the law
