It was irrigated by a canal and crops were grown on a large part of it. When sold, such land remains under continuous cultivation. Only a small part of it, at the time, was an artificial structure that could be used for agricultural purposes. The sale deed revealed that part of the shamlat was purchased according to such agricultural land and that any such land was purchased. There was no surface construction in the specified area.
