Article 2 shall take possession of vacancies (where no treatment was provided), excluding the unlawful privilege of an individual from the principles of Islamic law, which is now included in the Constitution in accordance with Article 2A of the Constitution. Thus an individual has the right to be deprived of an illegally advantaged position, to be restored to a position that he had already enjoyed before losing.
