MUHAMMAD MUNIR versus APPELLATE TRIBUNAL OF THE ELECTION COMMISSION
Representation of the People's Act 1976 Section 99 (f) Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 62 (f) and 185 (3) rejected the nomination papers because of the rejection of the nomination; therefore, the appellant. The Tribunal of the Election Commission found that the applicant is not eligible to be selected or selected because he is a total of Article 62 of the Constitution and a total of Section 99 (f), of the merits of the poor Amen in the Representation People Act 1976. There was no owner. The applicant was admittedly one of the directors of the society who made a mistake in paying the depositor's deposits through a constitutional petition.
