MUHAMMAD AFZAL MUNIF versus GOVERNMENT OF SINDH

Was issued and if the applicant had not resigned from his seat, the notification was issued by the Deputy Speaker 5 months after his letter of resignation, the applicant being a free man and now in hiding. Could have easily written a letter or met the deputy speaker or informed him that he had not resigned and Should not resign. Impact of this, but the applicant did not do so and instead filed a constitutional application one month after the deputy speaker issued the notification, failing to resign, to deny the fact of his resignation earlier. Without contacting him, he could not challenge his resignation on any basis.
