The District Judge has withdrawn from the trial court for transfer of the case from one court to another for the purposes of Article 5 and Schedule 12 (2) and 25 of the West Pakistan Family Court Act, 1964. Where it was filed and transferred to a district court judge of another court, the family was not able to move the case from one family court to another, especially when the decision was made by the court.
