Except under any law, such law, in which any jurisdiction over any proceeding is included in the total (8) of Article Article 21. 2B of the constitution was broad enough to include the challenge posed by the applicant for unwarranted proceedings. The proper procedure for the applicant was to allow the Special Court to appeal itself before presenting any objection to the proceedings.
