The current findings of the facts of the courts under Section 54 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), an RT-185 of the Property Act 1882, show that the sale of the land owned (attached to the mosque) is defamatory, fraudulent and without any legal effect. It is requested that the management of the mosque is being regulated and the land belonging to such mosque was sold by resolution of such association. Such a request was not raised by the association on the record, if any, who claimed to have the affairs of the mosque, it was not a registered institution, with the permission of the records of any such land of such association.
