Three grounds were raised for review of the Punjab Pre-Emission Act 1913 S: 15 Supreme Court Rules, 1980, OXXVI, R 1 Supreme Court decision, two of which were already decided in an unknown decision. It was not inconsistent with the key decision that was not answered, that is, retaining the pre-emptive right, that the emperors have to maintain their supremacy until the date of the decree for success, on the contrary.
