Yes, not all persons living or working in Azad Jammu and Kashmir deserve the basic rights provided in the Constitution but only those who were eligible to prove that the applicant companies of the state articles failed to prove that they were Azad Jammu. They were registered in Kashmir and thus were not subject to the cts who were subordinate to the state
