R 13 20 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 Applicants (Constable) relaxed the upper age limit obtained twice to appear in the category `B \ examination but could not pass the test which Applicants seeking a relaxation order for age are hiding this fact. Third time, but it was not allowed to be included in Category `B \. Although the appropriate authority had been transferred to withdraw its order regarding the relaxation of the age limit, but such order has not yet been withdrawn, it will not provide any justification for the respondents. Respondents were instructed to allow the applicant to appear in the Category \ B \ Examination to refuse to influence the order in question, and to deny the applicant permission to take the departmental examinations.
