Sections 154 and 156 (3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure (XLV of 1860), Article 392 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 allegedly robbed the Assistant Superintendent of Prisons about certain amounts. It appears that he claimed to have applied for a magistrate request for a medico legal report from the prison administration but his confirmation was not recorded as his life threatened any danger. The accused can be arrested in such a manner. The magistrate's notice of application was found to be unsatisfactory which was excluded accordingly.
