In order to decide on the complaint of the Director jurisdiction of Articles 57, 77 and 80 of the West Pakistan Employees Social Security Ordinance 1965, the objection was raised that the Director Social Security Institution was not authorized to act on behalf of the institution. Decide on the complaint filed against the demand raised from An institution which was given the authority to decide a complaint against any demand raised for a social security contribution, but the delegation of that authority to the commissioner or any other officer governing the institution under section 77 of the Ordinance Permitted by the body, the 1965 director was an officer performing. The delegation of any power was barred from further representation under the general principles, provided it was not expressly authorized to do so by its delegate commissioner, who was authorized to decide the grievances. In the circumstances of the complaint, Pow was entrusted to the director to decide the complaint, and for that the director was given more authority to decide
