Limitation Act 1908 Arts 164 and 181 The provisions of Articles 164 and 181 apply, the limitation period for filing an application for separation of the ex parte decree is thirty days from the order in those cases where the summons is regular. Served where summons has not been issued. Since the order of this Article 181 shall be served effectively until the date of issue, the Limitation Act is a residential article which provides for a three-year limitation from the date of payment of the reasons for the proceedings, which will be the date of the preceding party decree. Approval filed within three years was within such application time as Article 181, the limitation act on such application shall apply
