Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 2 (xxviii) F&25 Complaint Request Labor Court's Jurisdiction Appellant's Complaint Appeals The 1985 High Court's decision in PLC 1053 was returned by the Labor Court for persons who were dismissed from employment. Removed they refrained from covering them. Complaints cannot be made on the basis of the Complaints and Definition of Workers' Complaint provided in Section 2 (xxviii) of the Industrial Relations Ordinance. The High Court decision was not to be finalized because of the challenge in the Supreme Court. Holding labor court complaints requests was not an appropriate order of the Labor Court, which was amended to the extent that the Supreme Court held that persons with jurisdiction of the Labor Court in such cases should seek eligibility.
