STATE LIFE INSURANCE CORPORATION OF PAKISTAN, KARACHI versus BOARD OF TRUSTEES, GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN, ISLAMABAD
Section 2 (a) and (f) of the Abandoned Properties (1975) Act, 1975 is payable to the field workers and field staff members in East Pakistan, whether they come in the possession of obsolete property and a specific person such as Section 2 (a) and (f) of the Act (XX of 1975) are the responsibility of the authorities established under Act XX of Act XX of 1975 and included in Section 2 of Act XX of 1975, respectively. As the property is abandoned, it will carry the responsibilities under it. The insurance corporation was held accountable to the law and its authorities in connection with Act XX of 1975, any money due to such fieldworkers refusing to become a citizen of Pakistan after the declaration of independence by the Bangladesh government. The Government of Pakistan, granted and recognized by it, shall renounce the property and such persons shall be classified as special persons under section 2 (f) of Act XX of 1975.
