Appeal to Assistant Commissioner to agree with report of Pakistan Penal Code Section 307/325/324/452 Crimes of Adultery (Enforcement Hood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), Section 10/18 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 185 (3) D The section P on the acquittal of the accused was discharged with the observation that if found guilty during the re-investigation, the matter could be settled according to law. In the review, the order of the discharge by the Sessions Court was referred to the cancellation of the Sessions Court order. Al-magistrate court in the case agreed to the D-section P report for the cancellation of the case. The hearing was sent to Sessions Court, in such an order that the High Court was not challenged, close application was dismissed. He denied the allegation on the basis that he did not challenge the aforesaid order of the magistrate on May 27, 1990, before the High Court and should seek relief. Against this order
