LABOUR UNION (REGD.) UNITED BANK LIMITED versus REGISTRAR OF TRADE NIONS
Cancellation of Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 10 and 22 Registration Referendum, the parties agreed that the respondent's trade union registration certificate should be canceled and the registrar of the trade unions, as requested by the applicant. The referendum should be directed to prove the competitiveness of the unions fully. The Registrar Trade Unions said that at the time the application was made to hold the referendum, the Registrar would strictly arrange for the voting in accordance with the law, the requests were dealt with in accordance with the parties' agreement.
