VII of 1989, was considered a public servant for the purposes of the Service Tribunals Act 1973. The West Pakistan Industrial and Commercial Employment Ordinance, 1968 and its officers, advisers and employees have a clear ban on the application of the Industrial Relations Ordinance, 1969, under which the amendment of section 10 of the Pakistan International Airline Corporation Act. The amendment to Act VII of 1989 meant that the Service Tribunals Act, 1973 was no longer in the field nor was there any restriction on the implementation of Labor Laws Act VI of 1968 and Act XXIII of 1969 for corporation officers, advisers and employees. ?
