After the summoning of the accused referred to in Sections 190 and 173 column 2, when the magistrate has taken a trial case under the special session of the trial court under section (1) of section 90 (90), he records any evidence. Will be sent without session. The court may also include persons for hearing of those cases mentioned in section 737373, column number of the report under CCPC and Sessions Court.
