DOABA RICE MILLS LIMITED, HAFIZABAD PROJECT versus MUHAMMAD ASLAM ZAHID
Appeals against the order of section 15 and 17 of the Salary Payment Act, 1936, against the order of the authorities against the order passed under Section 15 Act 1966, were dismissed on the ground that the court dismissed any of them. The order to exclude the required judicial fee stamp was also not approved. The dismissal of the appeals was irrevocable in view of the fact that the court did not set a date or by which the required judicial fee was to be provided by the Appellate Order of Court, without the reduction of any court fees previously. The appeal was invalid. Time for plaintiff / appellant for lack of supply
