MUHAMMAD SHAFIQUE versus MUHAMMAD SALEEM KHAN

A. XXXIX, Rr 1 & 2 and Section 12 (2), the application for approval of a temporary injunction restraining order based on adverse possession was granted in respect of state land and the permitting possession of the occupied land since 1996. Was not on the book of the constitution. The court discussed all the merits of this case and expressed its final opinion which was not valid. In the present case, the provisional order was justified. The impeachment order of the appellate court was set aside and the trial was held. The court's decision was reinstated and a temporary injunction was granted. The revision was accepted accordingly for a period of six months
