On the basis of an inquiry of the OAXI, R23 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Arts 185 (3) and 199 of 1958, the applicants objected to the claim of ownership of the property in the case of Rs 95. Imported land, including the resulting land, was taken over by the Development Authority and the acquisition of the Residential Scheme came into force after the settlement of the land, pressing the eviction against the applicant against the applicant. And in his confession, no relief could be obtained against the Development Authority. The applicant could not exercise his or her rights on the land in the process of execution or by constitutional petition.
