But, not by petition, under section 34, the union demanded a four-day wage in its complaint notice, which the employers deducted, while in its plea demanding that the employees' four-day strike be legalized. And employees should be entitled to receive wages for the strike period. The trial court that the union had exceeded the mark by G as a business agent to recover the employees' liabilities could not be interfered with in applying for a labor court by filing an application under section 34 of the ordinance.
