MUHAMMAD RAMZAN versus DISTRICT JUDGE
Section 14 Court Fee Act (VII of 1870), Schedule 1, Article 1 Appeal dismissed on failure of the applicant to pay the required court fee. The Appellate Court stated that the applicant could not be understood to have acted unconstitutionally or illegally so as to attract the penalty of dismissal of his appeal, filed in the appellate court under West Pakistan. There was no power to appeal the appeal made under the Family Courts Act, 1964, Article 1, Schedule 1, the Court Fees Act.
