The Sindh Rented Premises Ordinance 1979 section 15 (2) (iii) (a), in its dismissal petition, specifically requested that the tenant have excluded the occupation of the property in the dispute, and that he had removed the two persons. Specifically named the tenant's plaque. That allegedly a sub-tenant had been living with him since he was the landlord and all the other tenants were his brothers. By this he had not taken in his written statement, while the tenant denied that he had occupied the premises and handed it over to two persons. Two persons said that such application was prepared by the tenant only at the stage of proof, the petition for removal of the residential application was raised by the tenant. Cannot be resisted, in which case the tenant was properly ordered to be removed from the job by the rent controller.
